In order to ensure the best experience for all participants, it will be necessary to follow a few simple rules of conduct:

  • Participants who arrive late to a scheduled online class will have to wait in the virtual “Waiting Room”.   An Assistant will take care to admit a late-arriving participant at the earliest moment that does not disturb the class in-progress.

  • It is requested of all participants in the class to avoid behaviour that could be disruptive of the collective class experience (for example smoking or eating).
If one does behaviour that is perceived by the teacher or the Administrative Assistant to be disruptive, one will be asked to cease that behaviour.  If one does not respond as requested, one can be removed from the class

  • When a participant enrolls in a virtual event online (e.g., Zoom) with Studio De Fazio International, Ltd. the event is NOT open to eavesdropping nor the participation of others who are in the same environment as the paid enrollee, but who are not, themselves, paid enrollees in the class.

There are no refunds of any fees paid.

Exception:  If one mistakenly pays more than the fees established, Studio De Fazio International, Ltd. will reimburse the excessive portion of the fee.
